i dont own an X-Box but i have mixed fealigs. consoles are consoles and PCs are PCs. you can put a hot game on console and it wont sell well. and some vise versa with console to PC. the only real question here is how will the internet game play affect the game.



i think that the game will sell well with newbs and peps with bad systems. but for people with good PCs and X-Boxes it wont be worth the money to put out for the game and acsess.



lets think of BLEEM! sure it was a good idea but it was mostly used for people who thought it could actuly DO something with their game!



the X-Box will have to many erks in place for it to be the same game no matter how you look at it. there are to many arguments to go either way but if i got an X-Box ide get it for iffrent games and not for CS i have a PC for that and i think its better left on PC than on console.....

personally. i hate halos controls. i absolutely HATE using the analog to aim. the mouse is so much better. iv tried using an analog controller on cs before, but was GAY. anyway, xbox is good graphiced and all, but i still dont like the controls. If it were like golden eye (awesome game) with a ton of auto aim, it might work well. but with the analog, the games will be MUCH slower. yeah, so i am anti-xbox, and anti xbox-cs.

o, iand i have nothing against consoles, personally. mgs2 is awesome, (so is 1) super smash bros is aweosme,a nd alot of others. so consoles are allright. xbox isnt

How is this a point? Are you saying that the new Metroid game is a console game? Right. Double standard I guess. Plus, no one is forcing you to buy it, and you probably don't even own an Xbox. Why do you care?

5. Theres that big green thing. Yea, it scares me.

6. I know theres that new controller, but it still sorta sucks.

It's a shame that a person with your 'condition' can't play using any size controller they release. Maybe one day, Microsoft will release a new controller that is specifically designed for the Midget Panda types.

7. Hmm...did I mention we should kill any xbox exclusive and port it to the other more...worhtwhile systems.

Alright! Now we just need a trillion to buy Bungie/Sega/Tecmo so all them exclusives can go to GameCube!

Um i dont know if this has been said before in the topic, but remember Halo was a PC game before MS bought out Bungee and made them port it to the XBox. It was a game meant for PC, and hopefully when (or if (im not entirely sure)) it comes out on the PC, XBox users will realise how much better FPS games are on PCs, using keyboard n mouse. Inevitably MS will bring out a Keyboard and Mouse for their console (apoligies if they already have, I really dont know), and then it would be as good, if not better than the PC version. On the other hand I imagine a fair percent of the PCs bought are decided because people want to play games, and of course with a PC you need an OS, the most popular of which is Windows, a MS product... therefore if more people buy consoles (where there isnt a monopoly) less people will buy PCs (and lets face it, theres a huge monopoly there), and MS would lose money...



If ive lost anyone then sorry, im tired.



Anyway, by all means put CS on the XBox, expanding the customer base has a great deal of positive implications, but I get the impression this is just another scam for Bill Gates to get money, because he obviously needs it. ahem. If any1 here has Xbox I laugh......until cs comes out they will have no good games. I fell bad for those of you who wasted 300 or 200$ (if u bought it resently.) Have fun with your dvd player couse thats just about all you got.
