Also, can someone explain "Denial of Service" to me, I always thought it meant interfering with a server's proper use. Server as in any Internet server, not just game servers. If my take on this is right, wouldn't that make cheaters into DOS attackers?

Totaly agree, I read the readmes of OGC and other cheat, so I know what to expect. However, perhaps OGC can't come up with anything new, so this is superb news for the ANTI-CHEAT players like us.

lets face it the threat of cheating will never ever ever ever ever ever go. No matter how good valves anti-cheat program is, everything can be cracked, hacked and changed to the advantage of the cheater. Why is everyone prazing CD, everyone should praze Punkbuster, cos if they didnt actualy start this anti cheat movement no one would of. CD has been around for 5 months or so, i dont think they've achieved anything, OK i'm glad that they try to fix cheats, but why should they get all this credit for something they've not done.
