Thank fucking god they changed that DE/AWP thing. People will have to ACTUALLY AIM their guns now! THE HORROR!

Hostages showing up on the radar seems kind of stupid to me. Watch, they WILL add the bomb on the radar.



Also, it'll be really damn easy to find CT"s with hostages, just follow the radar...

I think this is just a case of bad english. I think what the author was trying to say is "CS wouldn't be the most popular multi-player game on the planet if it sucked."



But it doesn't suck...which is why its one of the most popular games...

I heard that in 1.4 you can drive the trucks and other automobiles is this true that would be hell but 1 thing will that affect the lag greately or not???

Part of the fun (and difficulty) of being a CT should be fighting your way around to find the hosties. Realistically, yes the CT's could have advance intelligence as to the general area where the hosties are kept. However, if the hostages' exact positions show up on the radar at all times, even when they're moved, it's more than a bit unrealistic I'd say, not to mention less fun and exciting. I just hope they don't do the same thing for the T's with a dropped bomb.



Oh, and the whole right mouse-button disable thing is just plain wrong. First they take your right button, then who knows what they'll want next??!?!?! I have rights dammit! My forefathers died so I can use my right mouse button and I'll be damned if I let those people take it away from me! Well...they won't get it without a fight.

Lots of comments about CS 1.4 has been said but what you people are missing about bunny hopping is did you ever look back when you were still ignorant to know how the skill bunny hopping actually works? Bunny hoppers were not that rampant before but you still played the game right? did you ever thought that it would give you an advantage in the game to the newbies which are still wondering how you did that? You develop that skill because you dont want to be left over in the game that you have always wanted even if most people are saying that bunny hopping will ruin the game for them but for me Its not a big deal even if I jump around most of the time I myself prefer to jump rather than to walk its like a habit for me. Did you ever think that some people are using alias/ just to bunny hop? think about it? you develop ur skill and persevere the insanity of how bunnyhopping works as for other people they simply use alias which you can just type in your console and "pOoF" they are a certified bunny hoppers immediately that are the things which I want to be remove. Im not that bad as a player I played counterstrike hmm..about 4 yrs and in the beginning not so many people know how to bunny hop but I still played it because it was still fun without the bunny hoppers around I just develop the skill when most of the CS players bunny hops and I dont want to be left behind Its really a habit for us bunny hoppers to jump around also the sake not to be hit by bullets that easily and did you ever realize when you encounter a player which also bunny hops makes you want to compete or challenge that guy in a duel. CS 1.4 will really be a hit as I know its because players either newbie or a pro will still play it and if their are millions of people still playing it I really doubt that you wont join the fun.



I want CS as it is for now but if they change it I guess its for the best of CS future I was also disappointed on the people who use alias to bunny hop but I guess without those bunny hoppers even if they use alias wont be that of a game in counterstrike If it were'nt for them we bunny hoppers the skill we posses without using alias would never have learn it anyway.
