GJ rizzuh, I have Great Expectations for you. Arr har har. :) Sounds like you had a fun time wrestling with a blue whale, anyway. One slight problem though:

Well when all the girls in town are at my house and not walking their dog at 11 PM in a dark alley, the sad rapist gets pretty lonely.

As if any girl wouldn't prefer getting raped. That was where you lost credibility, my friend.



Anyway, my basic method of training a complete newbie is to simply find and empty server, and play 1 on 1 with him. I use my knife, and have them use the MP5. When they can kill me consistantly, then they shift to the USP. Next is them with an M4A1 vs me with an MP5. If that goes well, then it's pistol dueling.



Beyond that, it's mostly audio stuff. They can figure out how to navigate, but walking and listening often needs taught. Time is definitely what helps the most, of course.

most noobs don't realize that having spaces in things isn't valid syntax unless it's in quotes ie speak ass hole doesn't work but speak "ass hole" does

Yeh well one of the best ways to learn how to get the most frmo cs is to read ALL the archives here. Without seeming like im suskcing rxes dick, , this site is perfect for all new players to get stuck into. I dont use the word n00b cos it is often taken derrogatarily. For me at least, learning the sub culture, etc, as described in the 'social study' is a big part of fitting in and not being a 'n00b'.

The skill comes with good old fashioned practice.

I've never understood why people have such a problem with "n00bs." Everyone was a n00b at some point, christ, I remember the first time I played, I didn't get a single kill in like 2 hours worth of playing



Yet, now I run a clan for a reputable magazine and can own or at least be in the 1337 on pretty much any server I play on...The only "n00bs" I can't stand are those who dont want your help, they just piss me off.
