w00t. No more PC freezing for 5mins while my Hard-Drive is havin a heart attack when u click the dreaded 'Steam' Icon. Silly cache cr4p tbh.

Why the hell are the Nexon and a whole bucnh of other servers not doing anything. Are they on slow pipes, or is the load balancing that bad on Steam?

just make a backup copy of steam before you update



and to the idiots who waited hours and hours for steam to re download the gcf (sp?) files when the last update buckled, why didn't you just reinstall with steaminstall_full.exe?

That's correct 'gcf', and the other half is true as well, I was trying to help some people on steampowered forums and they waited 5+ hours to dl the gcf's again. I was laughing my ass off at that, and half the people installed using the full install so they had to DL litterally everything over again due to their not thinking.
