With the release of the Final Stand DLC for Battlefield 4 came the start of the fourth phase of the Phantom Program and the Phantom Operative Assignment. What is it? Well, unlike the previous assignments, you can't simply enter in a password on the Battlelog site.

That's where things stand right now with the Phantom Operative Assignment in Battlefield 4. Yes, it's more ARG type stuff that people are working on figuring out. Until they do, content will be locked away until it's discovered how to unlock it by jumping through whatever hoops there are to jump through.
