Overwatch is a highly stylized team-based shooter set on earth in the near future. Every match is an intense multiplayer showdown pitting a diverse cast of soldiers, mercenaries, scientists, adventurers, and oddities against each other in an epic, globe-spanning conflict.
In addition, a number of new screenshots have also been released for the game. You can check them out over at the Overwatch website. While you're there, feel free to apply to play the beta once it's publicly available. The site is being hammered right now so it may be a while before you can load the page up.
