New Achievements Point Towards a Re-release of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

It seems as though new achievements and possibly trophies have been listed for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Keeping in mind that San Andreas was released for the original Xbox and PlayStation 2, prior to Achievements even being a thing, it's rather surprising to see that these exist.

The achievement list includes 33 achievements that total 1,000 Gamerscore. This seems to strongly point towards a re-release of the game for newer consoles. The question is, which consoles? Xbox One and PlayStation 4 or Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3? Maybe all four of them? What else will be included in this potential re-release? A widescreen 1080p resolution? Higher resolution assets? It's all a mystery!

It should also be noted that the Xbox and PlayStation 2 Classic versions have been pulled from both the Xbox Live Marketplace and the PlayStation Network.
