I hope never. They ruin everything in that game. Jeep-locking!? OMG. And don't tell me that i'ts good patch. Play with me as commander and i will show you how nice can be jeep droping on planes/heli/infantry.

Without squad jumping posiblility of geting out from the lock decreased about 60% Clan Wars will sux now. And FFA will be pathetic.

Server Browser is more stupid than ever.

maps loading time is now longer(for me)

CO-OP can't be ranked so you don't have chance to play that. Maps 16 with the same stupid AI is not enough.

Many bugs "fixed" in 1.3 was "fixed" in 1.2.x so we can be sure that many of them will still be here.

Everything worked fine, except the patch didnt update my localization files (to show the vehicledrop things properly) so i had to do it.

US Intervention
seems to work fine with Patch 1.3, we will throw a patch out if it doesnt work.

Yes, same for me. Where did you look to update the localisation? Can you tell me exactly what you did please?

Also, on a different note, I'm getting the same prob's as many of you, crazy pings and the server browser jumps around all over the place. Seems to take ages to log in, but I put that down to the Gamespy account server being busy at the moment because of the new patch.

Strange, I also get the commander screen screwed up. It shows half of my normal first-person perspective, and then the normal overheard zoom. Wierd.

I shoulda known they'd add more bugs whilst fixing a few.

Ever since patch 1.2, a lot of BF2 players had extreme lag at any (and I emphasize any) setting, the lowest of the lowest setting on even some Alienware PCs. I have an XPS and I'm still lagging even with 1.22.

Must be their system config. Runs fine for me on a 2400+ (2ghz) with 1.5 gig of ram and 6600gt...

I wish ea would stop making all these patchs the game is good enough already. and whats up with the us not being able to destroy the chinese artilery on wake island??? The chinese have a huge advantage already why are they making it bigger?

ok heres what we(the entire bf2 gaming community) do, everyone band together, and lets all revert back to 1.22, get everyone who has a server to revert back, etc. and then we'll alllll be happy. then maybe Egay will see that everyone thinks their dumbass patch takes it up the ass, and take an outsiders pov.

I too am not happy with the patch but at least i know where to direct my anger . For all you morons that keep saying EA screwed up, DICE are the programmers not EA. EA is the distributor, they have nothing to do with whats in the patch. Get your facts straight before you slander someones name!

My current game version is 1.1.2720-552.0 What patch do I need and should I down load it? Read about some problems
