Well, i don't know if anyone else has a problem with the 1.3 Patch. Maybe I'm the first, or the only one. The multiplayer server screen is gone all weird. When I try to click on a server, it moves. It's might go up 4 or 5 spaces and then when I click it again it'll go somewhere else....its as if its running away from my me.
Anyone else have this odd problem ?

think I'll wait like before to install this patch. so I dont have to reainstall bf2 all over again because the patch ****ed things over more then actually fixing things.

It is in Alt.Binaries.Games 'BF2' right now as an incremental.

Full one will be uploaded by tonight.

From the community update in beginning of May EA said this about new features in the 1.3 patch.

NEW MAPS

* Operation Midnight Sun: The conflict spreads near the Pacific Ocean in a key battle for the Alaskan port of Valdez, where Chinese forces are attempting to secure much-needed fuel from the pipeline.
* Operation Harvest: The MEC army begins their march East towards the U.S. Capital, and American forces must stall the advance long enough for reinforcements to arrive.
* Operation Road Rage: The MEC forces have infiltrated deep into the USA, and are using the highways to move quickly towards key industrial sites that are dangerously near civilian areas.

To balance the wide-open tank battles with aerial firepower, six new vehicles will be introduced, including 3 scout helos such as the MD 530, Little Bird, and 3 ground attack aircraft like the A10 Warthog.

NOTHING OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THIS PATCH!!

COOP CONS:

1. still only 16 player map versions (no bombing bots yet)
2. The bot ratio isn't exactly intuitive (100 for all bots on MEC, 0 for all bots on US, 50 for even)

COOP PROS:

1. Up to 48 bots!
2. ability to change a lot more options, though (as stated earlier) the options are sliders instead of text boxes we're used to in bf42 (normally i would use 12:3 ratio, but now i have to dived to find the percentile number.
