I'm now averaging 120fps maxed out settings, 4XAA, and 1600x1200. Obviously not necissary but means my SLi is finally working now that I've got my new processor. So, time to start playing with the nVidia control panel to lose some fps but gain some quality. Higher standard AA, Gamma and transparancy AA etc. =)

Here ya go,
I had fps problems. 2gig corsair xms, 6800 gt 512 that didn't fix. overclock my processor 3. to 3.6. that didn't fix it. Bought an antec smart power 2 450 watts... THAT FIX IT!!! Went from 45 to 55fps. To 100 to 110fps.
Old power 350w weighed 3lbs. New antec weighed 6lbs,,,

Knowledge=450watts of power LOL

I have a Therlmatake 480W but im not sure, how do i check other than opening the case and looking at it? maybe i have a defective power supply.

what score do you get in 3Dmark05 without SLi?

ya i know but thats with 2x GPU
i was wondering what you get with only 1 (maybe u tested that)

70-100fps

mixture of medium and high (things like effects = high), 2xAA, 1024x768 on a x800gto 256mb agp card...

i tried changing resolutions and even when i put everything on low i still get pretty much the same "low" fps. thats not right.

70-80fps Everything on High * 1280*1024 Resoultion - AA* 2

I get about 60-80 all on High 1600X1200 AA 2x

what specs?

ive been reading that some people with really good comps get very low fps in BF2 i think im one of them cuz ive been getting 30-70 fps on 64 player maps
with p4 3.3, 4x512mb corsair xms 3200 440mhz oc, ati x800xt 256mb, audigy 2 zs, 80gb wd hd 8mb cache

my 3dMark05 score is 5800. is this normal??

this will go to watever the highest it can.

what programs u got running in the backgound? How many? defrag ur harddrive, scan for spyware/adware.

i have 40 processes running, i have no spyware/adware, most other games run well.
