I would love to see some guns on the ground AA, which would even the odds with jets. Helicopters would be sitting ducks and would have to make killing AA their no. 1 priority. Planes would still rule the skies, but no more invulnerable.

SAM = Surface to Air Missile.

A dude on the ground with a shoulder launched stinger is a SAM site.

Technically, a SAM site encompasses not only the missile launcher, but the radars that support it as well.

So no, 1 guy with a shoulder fired missile is not a "SAM Site".
