19% and, well, waiting. Saw the first 1/4 of it on the youtube and that was a lot of boat busting. I hate being USMC on Wake. Even when (if you ever do) get off the carrier/arty island all your tickets are so depleted that it's almost impossible to win. Plus those RIBs are nothing but inflatable coffins. Wake '42 was better IMO. Besides there being no target painters for the aircraft, the Japanese could move their ships to bring them closer to land (although the Defguns made sure you had to be selective to exactly where you moved them heh ).

And its videos like this that makes me hate pilots (once i finish waiting for the dang thing ot download.). (not personally, just for bombing the sh** out of me when im runnin around.) But were you just trying to show us the glitchy missles? And when they do work, they work fine.

Thanks for pointing that out. I had a perfect lock, yet the missiles pass right through the blackhawk without it even flaring. Next thing you know I'm firing a missile at a blackhawk that is damn near behind me and they're all zig zagging backwards to connect. No rhyme or reason to what they're going to do, but one thing I do know is that player skill is now out of the equation. When I fired a missile in 1.12, I knew if it was going to hit or not before it even left my airplane.

Damn PW, that was fun stuff. There's really something fun about watching a true master at his craft, even though you say you didn't put any effort into it. Even with my best efforts I couldn't do that in a jet (although I've never flown the J-10, it still wouldn't make up for my sucky piloting skills).

But yes, those backwards missiles are nice, aren't they? I got killed by the F-15 after passing one face-to-face. I didn't bother dropping flares because I knew by the time he got lock he would be passed me, but the missiles must have come out of the side of his jet or something because I got killed.

Another important thing I'd like to make note of, during that round (and all of my rounds, really) aside from the rogue missiles they create standard S2A missile launchers are less threatening to me now then they were in the 1.12 patch. At least in 1.12, they could outrange me, now I just waste more of my time coming in with cannons on the AA post and they're dead.

Wouldn't everyone be happier with AA missiles that had additional range (equal to a planes cannon range), but required imput from the player in order to have them lock and correctly continue to track and hit the target. No more "Huh, what target did I just destroy?" kills, no more dissapointed pilots. Then revert the old airplane missiles to 1.12, remove AA missiles ability to locate new targets other than the one you specified with the lock and I think that'd satasify just about every single player.

Well, that was a good watch. Quite fun to see. PlaneWhore, you are one of the best groundrapers i have ever seen. Overall, a good movie, but i wish i saw more dogfighting. I liked how you only raped the carrier once. Nice K/D of 71 to 0.
