OMG The L96A1 !!!

This is by far the best weapon I have used in this game. Im a sniper for life and of all the times i used it (Stole) I havent missed a head shot yet .... Its amazing. But I do have a question ... Ive seen people using this gun for the past 3-4 days ... How do you get it? If you say "you need to buy Euro Force" then ... how did they get it before Euroforce came out? I really would like to get this gun so if anyone knows how to get, do tell

You need BF2:SF.

You need Special Forces. The L96A1 and P90 where given to SF owners because the expansion didn't include new weapons for the sniper and AT kit when it first came out.

Will it also be in EF? I played the mod kit that someone posted here. The L96 is friggin' awesome. Best unlock ever. I would buy EF if it had it. I don't want SF though.

So far as I can tell, yeah... there's nothing illegal about logging into your account on a friend's computer who has SF and getting those unlocks. Technically, you allready own that content since it's resident in standard BF2.

It's an oops on EA's part, but I was looking at the legal issues and couldn't find any.

On the other hand, SF is (in my opinion) worth it for it's other elements. Lots more maps and I do love hooks and zips. I've even warmed up to the night maps (fuggin night maps) slightly.
