Look, i hate to sound wierd but if many people don't buy it it can be **** to the ones who buy it, think of it that way, atleast its some content and we dont have to wait 4 - 8 month for it, cmon people. :cry:

I'm gonna buy it. I hope I like EF better than SF because I think SF just sucks. I have definitely got my moneys worth out of vanilla BF2 thus far. I look at it like hey the booster packs are only $10 and its not like I have to pay a mothly fee to play on a server. I do agree that I think this content should be free but thats what mods like PoE, PRM and FH2 are for. I'm sure once those mods come out I wont even think about vanilla bf2 anymore.

I do have to agree though, this is the buggiest game ever. Its funny how they "fix" one thing and then something else is screwed up.

can you use the Euroforce guns in Vanilla BF2 ?

No. Those guns are going to be the standards weapons for the European Union, sort of liek how the AK-101 is standard for the MEC and you can't use it for the USMC. I'm gonna get Euro Force though, i love BF2...I just need to wait till they fix the bug in 1.2 that made the game unplayable for me .

If they were adding some cool weapons or features that would be worth it like the grappling hook in SF or maybe bouncing betties for the engineers....maybe, but not for a tank a a few maps. I can just go to a mod for that for $$00.00.

Wont be buying anything more from EA at ALL until they fix ALL the current bugs in BF2 and SF.

They need to prove to me that they're competent in supporting their origional products before I buy more, simple as that.

yer im not sure myself if i should i bought sf and although i like the weapons i never play it im always on the main bf maps

This is diffrent, its 20 $ cheaper and it adds additional content into the vanilla battlefield game.

Nope. I won't be buying this or any other expansions until they make a proper effort to fix all bugs in Vanilla BF2.

I am also against their marketing tactics of making the gameplay for Vanilla BF2 players less enjoyable without the expansions.

Perhaps Euro Force will add a bug that allows choppers/planes to sometimes pump out endless flares-or maybe a bug that makes weapon sounds sometimes not play, so you don't know when you're being shot! Or perhaps AT rockets sometimes won't fire, and at other times fly straight through vehicles!

Oh wait, that was patch 1.2 wasn't it? :p

How making AA missiles work better and preventing jumpshooting caused them to break so much other stuff I'll never know.
