You won't get to use the Euro Force guns in vanilla BF2, do you?
I might buy it, depending on reviews. New maps = good. :)
On the other hand.. 1.2 so far has been very dissapointing. Gameplay-wise it seems to be an improvement, but it's seems ridden with odd bugs.. So I'm not very sure I'll bother playing vBF2 very much longer.
If there was any other decent FPS coming out within a month, I wouldn't bother with it. I'm still going to wait a couple days after it comes out to make sure it's worth more than a new Panaflo.
I pre-ordered SF and was totally disappointed. An expansion only in the sense that it added new bugs...and don't get me started on the lowered performance.
Now euro force isn't even going to support 64 players, one of the main selling points of BF2? So I guess that means performance it taking yet another hit.
Not buying it unless I hear a lack of bugs and praise for the new maps. Oh, and fix the existing bugs already. Geez.
Battlefield 2 is at the same time the best and worst game I have. :p It's great fun and very enjoyable which are the only reasons I and many others put up with the bugs. But the even lower performance in SF, despite the utterly appalling graphics I get to see (everything low/off...) was the straw that broke this camel's back.
i wish they would create hard copies of the Booster Packs. What happens for those that do not have a credit card? What about those that have only cash?

Creating hard copies would mean extra money wasted! EA will not tolerate such a dangerous act! They shall release their second rate "boosters" at minimal loss!
Which raises another question, if you're on a 64 player server do 32 people get kicked or do you have to just carry on with a packed-out out 32 player map? I think it's bloody cheeky that they aren't even bothering to make 64 player variants yet charging £10 for a virtual file that I cant even own a hard copy of.
However I will (grudgingly) buy it just to avoid getting kicked every time one of the maps comes round in the rotation.
No, it will still support 64-player servers, the maps will just be downsized to fit 32 people....so there will be less tanks/apcs/etc to go around between the 64 players.
