Yes, it's gonna be at the spawn point all the time since nobody will want it, unless they are suicidal. I agree though that for the jets it's still not so bad, especially if you know how to fly well.

UP until now you had modern jets and helicopters fighting like they were in the WWII era. Why do you think that dog fighting has virtually gone away or fought at long distances where neither pilot even see each other? If you fly close to the combat whether in a jet or a helicopter you should get shot down. Jets and helicopters are still vulnerable tactical weapons. If you shoot a helicopter in the right area even with a pea shooter.....it should come down. Jets should be harder cause they are faster of course. But ask a Vietnam pilot if he liked tangling with SAMS or anti-air. The number of POWs would say no.
Jets and helicopters should be able to kill but in modern warfare it's usually from a far.....they dont openly go in and hover over a hot zone cause they know they WILL GET SHOT DOWN. :laugh:

my opinion planes are over powered now and any nubj can get in them and fly.
only people to loose out are helicopter pilots as so far every time i get a chopper in my my sights there a burning wreck!

Planes overpowered? omg you must be someone i have shot multiple times in the F35B... planes were powerfull, but certainly not overpowered.

ummmmmmmm...not any skill what so ever.....that is not the point. AA in real life is made where any one can learn to shoot down planes and copters. Again that is why modern warfare with air power is usually done from a far. You are dead and you dont even hear the plane or the noise or from what direction it came from.

Its funny to hear from all the aircraft whores :laugh: . From day-one the rest of us have been taking a totally un-ballanced pounding from these guys, and now that things are finally more ballanced so we have a chance they are crying. BTW its nice to hear less Artty too because that ruined so many matches, now its more ballanced. I love the patch!!!!

I patched, went straight on a Wake Island server (USMC) and for perhaps the first time ever, the AH-1Z was sitting there freely. I even waited around a while to see if ANYONE was going to take it. Within 20 seconds of taking off I realised why nobody had taken it...
But I don't mind. Air vehicles are still incredibly powerful with a good pilot. I think the previous imbalance has been flattened out nicely.

idd the stingers, igla and crap is now too easy to use. Someone who is in the foggiest distance can now be stingered which is just stupid. Before you really needed skill to use the stingers and I honestly respected a person who killed me using that but now its a joke.
