Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
So...if they didn't tweak the damage the sniper rifles do...what is the difference in the 1.2 patch? The fix-list says that the sniper rifles have been adjusted. Accuracy? Zoom? Crosshair thickness? I tried to search for a chart of weapons in the previous patch, but couldn't find any. Does anybody have any info?
EDIT: Hmmm...as the patch is not officially released yet, it might be too early to be sure of the new weapon modifications. *thinking out loud*
The sniper rifles are more accurate, all of them, I think I saw somewhere the m95,svd,type 88 are as accurate as the former m24 and the m24/awp are twice as accurate.
are you sure that the m95 does 190 in damage, killing in one shot?
now i asked myself that same q's
m24=95 (so 2 hots to kill makes 190)
m95 = 190(should be 1 shot to kill in theory)but in practice it takes 2(380)
yes maybe the chart is for penatrative glass which shouldnt be a factor(i.e it goes though glass or it doesnt, seems pointless to add that detail to the weapon chart)
maybe the m95 is actualy 160 to any infantary class(armored/not armored)
and the m24 is actualy 95 to unarmored and 60-70 to armored infantary.
see i am confusing myself ,
the chart shows 190dmg for m95(this so say has to take the effect of armored glass)so why does the m24 show 95 when it needs to penetrate armored infantary, when we all no a m95 bullit take the same from and infantary class, but the m24 doest hurt armored infantary as mutch, but still both take 2shots to torso despite the class.
any help to clear this up for me would be great thanks.
Pretty sure it's 95 damage (normal) and 95 damage (armor). 95 + 95 = 190. The normal sniper rifles (like the M24 and L96) only do 95 damage (normal).
thats what i thought but what i meant was,
why does the chart show m95 190<--(so say beacuse of armorglass penatrative ability)
but then the m24 shows 95<--which is infact only correct on unarmored infantory.
2 sets of stats but only one set of stats for m95 and one for m24.
i wish it would show,
m95<dmg?? to infantary and a seprate for armord glass
m24<dmg?? to unarmard infantary and armord infantary.
this would give a better perspective on what the diffences in the 2 are whilst playing the game.
.50 m95 is know for it abilty to shoot though glass.why show it in the chart as the primary dmg score(190)
any way it not really a big problem more of an anoyence :)
The deal with the M95 is that it does 190 base damage. That is the number in the .tweak file. For most guns that is also the damage against people but the M95 (and .50cal MGs) use a different ammo material which causes damage to be halved vs. people but more effective against armor than other guns.
if the people feel the "190" is confusing then I can change it. I just wanted to have an authentic number in the table that is the same as the one in the game's files.

You really ought to organize the weapons better. I recommend making the first column "Kit" and make subsections for Spec Ops, Medic, Sniper, etc. Then put a column just next to it that identifies the type of weapon, such as carbine, Assault rifle, etc.
Right now you have a mix of both and it's rough to compare, say, the H53A3 to the AKS-74U, which are both Spec Ops weapons.

I just made few more updates to the chart. I think it is less confusing now. I think I am done with the design Hopefully the only changes I will do will be just corrections to the numbers/typos, if needed.
With that M95 I bet were are going to see a bunch of "Neo's dodging bullets technique" users...Now I'm going to snipe some asss...just to confirm this...
EDIT: OMFG - I just passed for Trin and Morpheus, they were dodgi'n like hell....Oh and I think Neo got wasted....God damn this one it's gonna be polemic....1 shot in the skull???No, one in the heart will do the job - Confirmed....awsome!!!!!

Just to be clear, there has been NO CHANGE IN M95 DAMAGE. They just halved the deviation-while-zoomed of all the sniper rifles.
Another point on the LMGs: SAW is now more accurate than the RPK and Type 95 (at least for the first 11 rounds) in addition to doing more damage/sec.
