Ok. So am I the only one who thinks playing one map for over 100 hours is inasane? I mean, If you only have 300 hours total, that's 1/3 of your time on one map ! I don't get it. What possible reason could you have to simply play the same map over and over and over? Do you suck at the rest? Are you looking to use wall glitches? Maybe you desperately need a 200+ point round to get your next rank? Maybe you cannot hang and get even a medicore score on another map? I'm looking for input here so please enlighten me.I know this seems like an odd post, but it just seems to me that a person would get bored doing the same thing on the same map over and over all the time. I am just curious why some of you ONLY play that one map. It must be for the points, which to me, is sad IMHO. The game is not called Battlefield 2 "Strike At Karkand". moving on......

Your question is very simple to reply actually. Because people want to see action faster. Warlord, Strike at Karkand, Sharqi Peninsula these are popular maps because you just need to walk/drive around a bit to see enemy and start the firefight. I don't like wasting time playing in a large map where 1/2 to 2/3 of your time is spent on travelling not fighting. Does that answer your question?Comment

If you like jets, doesn't it make sense to play on air maps? If you like infantry , play on infantry maps, and Karkand is the best one, no blackhawk whores on it. I like Warlord better, personally.Comment

Maybe...just maybe, alot of people think the map is fun. Oh dear god, the map is fun and people like playing it! Something must be wrong! If they are having fun, they must be cheating! Those bastards! I hope they get their points reset for playing on Karkand.Comment

i like strike of karkand and sharqi peninsula because they are small action packed maps. some of the other maps are just too open and a bit annoying becase you gotta always be looking for a vehicle because walking takes too long. on the urban maps you can around just fine. and yes, ppl do use karand for points becasue of its close quarters.
everyone has their preferences, just let them play the maps they enjoy.Comment

yup.. I agree. Warlord is so much better. More intensive street to street fighting. Warlord has less amor raping. One can have firefight without armor distraction more than Karkand.
