I found that Karkand is an easy map to do it.
Play as MEC and hide in the alley near the hotel. The USMC all come down the hill and half of them come through the alleyway. Crouch behind a box or the alcove and they, more often than not, run past without looking behind them. Simply run up and stab them in the back.
It's even easier if they mount the ladder overlooking the hotel flag, which 50% of people do.
