The German Leopard 2A6 MBT. Fans of the Abram beware... this sucker mounts a bigger gun, has a better horsepower/weight ratio, and some damn fine armour.

Actually Leopard and Abrams was the same project in the 1970s. But Germans wanted a diesel engine and a smooth bore 120 mm gun and the Americans wanted a gas turbine engine and a rifled 105 mm gun. Their armor is the same technology, actually British. It is called Chobham, a composite armor.

Later Americans saw that their 105 mm rifled cannon wasn't as good as the German 120 mm so later Abrams models have gotten the Rheinmetal 120 mm cannon. There were some modifications to the armor itself but mostly configuration things not the technology behind it. The main difference between those two tanks is the power plant.

I would actually like to see AH-6 little birds capable of transporting 4 people very fast or shooting and transporting 2 people.

I would also like to see better AA platforms like Roland, Rapier or Hawk. Stinger, Igla and Mistral on troops and not that big jets, only small attack planes (A-10 nad Su-25). More helicopters would be nice. Things like Eurocopter EH101, Lynx, French Tiger and similar. Actually it would be nice to have NATO as a side in a conflict so that more European hardware could be included.

Oh, and I would like to see correctly implemented Mi-24 so that it can be a formidable weapons platforms and carry troops as in real life. The Special Forces version doesn't carry troops.

The technicals in SF bug me when they are in maps with no insurgent groups...but I actually love driving them around as an insurgent, so some different kinds of technicals would be cool.

If there were snowy maps some "artic warfare" vehicles would be very interesting. But all I can think of off hand would be a snow-mobile. (like a jet ski combined with an ATV).

I thought blinding using laser weapons in war was against the geneva convetion thing??

Don't remember which game I saw these in, but I'de like a PDA. It'll display the UAV, orders, important locations, etc.

They had it in Full Spectrum Warrior for Xbox

That laser is designed to blind without causing permenant damage.Apparently it hurts like hell to get flashed by it, but your vision will come back to normal eventually.

The Geneva convention's beef with blinding weapons falls under the anti-mutilation guides. Kinda a fouled up concept if ya ask me.
