He had some crazy idea in his head about how this game was going to be and low and behold it didn’t meat his super high expectations...so now he is ****ed and says EA has falsely advertised their game....

Instead of you complainers calling a lawyer, I think you should call 911. Then when the police get there, you can give them a description of the person who held a gun to your head & said, "You CAN'T return this game for a full refund. You MUST keep it & go online & whine about it like a 10 yr old & make an ass outta yourself".

You bought the game, installed it, played it & seen what the game has in it. Or you bought it, had problems installing & running it on your comp. Didn't like it? Did you return it? NO! You figured you would wait for a patch, then another patch, then another patch. What exactly did you really think you were gonna get for $50? Most of you complainers spend more than that on Booze, Weed, candy, etc.

Me, you & everybody in here doesn't have enough money or time to take a corporation like EA/DICE to court. They will keep it in litigation for years till your pockets are dry or you die of old age. lol This is like those idiots who sue fast food companies because their Asses get too big because they spend all their time stuffing food in their mouths instead of exercising or eating in moderation. "WAIT, I think I'll sue the alcohol companies for Mental stress because of ALL the UGLY FAT women they made me sleep with"!

If you couldn't run the game, then it's your own fault that you didn't get a refund. If you do play it, then I would have to say that I guarantee you will get your money's worth out of it, either by new patches or the modability of this game. Frivilous lawsuit only tie & choke the justice systems. It also increases insurance rates, etc. You think that if somebody files a false or frivilous claim to an insurance company, that afterwards.. ONLY his insurance goes up? EVERYBODY pays!

You wanna step on game company toes over this little "Frivilous" bs? You better be prepare to start paying $100+ for Video games. You might just have wished you didn't.

I think everyone is missing the point..........NO ONE IS GOING TO COURT! Court is not even an option. The only thing that happened here with the game is this: The general public (consumers) were deceived by advertising, that is still advertised, about items that were never produced in the finished product. Issues within the game are never addressed. Tools that were promised to the community were never given. There needs to be a retraction in advertiseing, or EA needs to give us the items promised with the game. Thats why the BBB was contacted and a case was opened with our complaint. As i said before- This is an awesome game (the question and i differ here) I love to play it and do so everyday. But EA shouldnt be allowed to do whatever they please.


PS Just got back from the hospital where my mom works, they give candy and the sick and old people get to have a little fun checkin out the kids in the costumes...They do it every year!



Good stuff! She is why i actually give a crap- because it will only get worse if someone doesn't say anything. If it's not EA, it's someone else.

The Question- So let me get this straight... you can't afford to make a phone call to Sweden, but somehow you have the capital to bring a case against the largest publisher of video games in the world? HUH? You haven't even said what your case is, so as far as I'm concerned (or anyone on this forum who isn't a mindless lemming), your just blowing smoke. Do you even realize what it would cost to take this to trial? Even if you won the initial claim, EA would surely appeal. And if you lost in Appelate Court, you would be strapped with all of EA's court fees from both the Appelate Court and the District Court where your case was originally heard.
