All i really did was put my gripes in an intelligent argument specifically stating the known issues. That is all you can do for now. Until they contact you, once they contact you, either e-mail or phone, you can re-inforce the arguments dealing w/ the product. Then they know you are serious. Unfortunately it only works if a bunch of people have the same issues. Sometimes it does nothing, but they will always have those checkmarks against them.

You hear that people?! If I don't hear about at least 20 of you ratting out EA I will go to each of your homes and drink all your soda and take a #2 in your tubs lol.

I have gone through this before except it was with a water heater(the coil was defective) and hundreds ended up filing claims to a local place, I ended up buying a new water heater, but i did get my money back for my troubles, and the heater. This is different, but it would be the same if the water heater only heated to 98 degrees when it was advertised for 120 degrees.

The BBB is powerless.. and for such a trivial thing (yes, its trivial..even
though I think EA sucks, too..) they wont fool with it unless a mass of
people have the same complaints.. The BBB isnt going to spend a dime
working a individual's complaint against a major corp...like I said, they
will send them some letters basically asking for EA's side of the story..
EA may or may not reply, but if they do, it will be a total company line
of BS.. i.e. 'Our game functions properly, only a small handful of
complaints are made, and they are mostly user errors.'

Im not telling anyone NOT to file a complaint.. but Ive been
down this road a dozen times, and its basically useless unless you get
a hundred others to join in with you..

Where did i say i had to go to court? I didnt, my name and info are on file. The BBB merely submits the info to the local courts after enough people complain. They do what they want with it. The most i will have to do is write a statement, and get it noterized, if it even comes to that. We aren't talking child seats.

Sure thing Mr Bucket lol. Balls in your mouth Mr Bucket lol. Sorry I had to say it. How about you go to their site like we did (http://www.ftc.gov/index.html) and flie a complaint.

It took no more then 20 minutes for me because I wanted to make this look good. But hey as long as you get to the point with the BBB it does not matter.

Although my distaste for EA as a company is brobdingnagian I must admire their courage to sneak around and pull their crazy stunts one after another on we poor poor consumers.

After I make 1st Srgt.. I'll probably play it a few days just to have
the extra weapon, then I'll probably put BF2 back on my shelf with all
my other 'bored with..' games.. And I probably wont play it again until
some FREE mods come out (only if they are made by programmers who
actually know how to program...in other words, NON-DICE..).

I was playing about 1.5 hrs per day at most.. now Im down to 1 game
at best, and thats only if the server I log in to doesnt have 32 kiddies
chasing each other around with aircraft all game.. Thats when I load
up the trusty ole standy that never fails.. UT2004.

Isn'y that the truth, I only play COOP now because for some reason the bots in your squad are smarter than the average player, HUH?

Why don't you go after Microsoft....Autodesk...I could list more...Or how about every car manufacture and how they deceive you into thinking your SUV can actually do what it does on the commercials...

Sure, crappy software is not uncommon... but $40 bills dont grow on

umm dude. When you see SUV's go up a damn wall and such it is a dramatization and each of those dramatized commercials state that you are seeing a dramatization and not reality. But when you see games those dramatizations are turned into a so called virtual reality that can be made for us to play.

Once again our logic has out done your virtual reality of a mind.
