i preordered the other day but heard that theres no interaction with the current levels. ex no grappling hook on karkand. looks like that $5 is going over to my 360.

and there would be loooads of people to buy them...

I'm not wrong about SF not being worth the money (for me, or anyone else with enough self-control to not purchase a half-assed product). I'm also not wrong about how the structure of big companies work, especially the relationship between a publisher and development shop.

what i told you isn't hard to get - but obviously you find it so... you know nothing of which you speak as you cant supply 1 sufficient argument to support your "guess". i stand by my previous post as it really stands to refut everything you have just said again....

Facts are is that dice/ea pushed the release of bf2, making sertain content unavailable for the stock game, releasing bf2 while obvious bugs and problems were still haunting the version. Took mentioned content and put it in SF.

What you told me isn't hard to get - it's just incorrect.

Obviously you and I have differences of opinion on how all of this works, and I'll happily live with that. I can also live happily with the $20-30 I saved from not buying Special Forces, and the contentment in knowing that I didn't get ripped off or support a product that I don't think is worthy of my time or money.

You'll live happily being $20-30 poorer, playing an expansion that, even if it royally sucks, you'll continue to slog through in order to convince yourself that you've been right all along. EA won't notice more than a nudge in their sales numbers, and you'll have fulfilled your own prophecy of "no change" by having neither the brass nor the will to try and achieve change.

More than anything, though, you'll have upped your postcount with little more than a few personal attacks on someone you do not know, unconstructive cynicism, and a categorical ignorance about the gaming industry, and corporations in general.

If anything helps me sleep well tonight, it'll be knowing that after this post, I won't have to go through the near-agony of dealing with you ever again.

i'm getting it for 35 here in aus and quite frankly that is a pittance... dont worry, i wont feel bad forking over 1 note with change to get a juice boost to drink while i install some new stuff to play around with... but thats cool you can go not buy it... and sit at home bitching about how much vanilla sux and SF sux and wondering why all your usual servers are suddenly half full at best :)

Thats not going to happen, not that many people are going to buy SF, but you will see for yourself. It happened before with SW and RtR for bf1942, itll happen again for bf2.

Im asking my sister and her husband for 15 dollars each so i can PREORDER the game. Great Improvement For Snipers. And You can climb anything in the "World" No more going through same "FORCED" routes just to get c4'd.
