yeah, I have done it plenty, but it has to be a head shot, if it's a body shot or shoulder shot it won't do anything, only headshots do damage and kill instantly when enemies are in attack choppers, transport, airplanes, or heavy jeeps. if it's not a head shot when the enemy is in one of these vehicles I don't believe it deals any damage to their health meter at all.

I agree - I have shot the same pilot too many times, registered hits, and still have no effect. Headshot or no shot if they are in a vehicle.

Its really hard to shoot down jets for me they have to be coming right at me for me to get a shot off. Choppers are easier i shot down 3 so far with the m95

its more like 2 shots with the regular sniper rilfe to take em out in the heli but with teh M95 then its 1

I rarely play sniper and have never taken out a pilot, but I did take out a guy in a boat today that was moving full speed from right to left in front of me -- I was like, "hum, that was interesting."

It seems that the key is a low ping and a pretty good feeling about far you should be leading your shots.

Last night I shot out both the pilot and co-pilot. After I hit the pilot I wondered why the chopper was still coming at me, I fired again in the same spot and hit the co-pilot. Then the chopper itself glided in and parked itself on me.

I have shot the pilot in a heli a couple of times with the m95, managed to do it once with the svd as well... As a chopper pilot both me and the gunner was killed by a tank shell and the chopper was still intact so they got it

I shot the pilot about 6 times in one round once..(NOT camping at the helipad)
One of em was in that plane that can hover..heh
Only once have i taken a chopper pilot that was on the move (it was in the same round). Lucky shot. The chopper + the gunner smashed into a mountain wall..heh
It was my best sniping round ever.

I killed a chopper pilot 5 times on a streak, I was defending a point on Fushe Pass and he came back over and over again, he hovered perfectly and it wasn't to hard to kill him. He finally found me then and I got killed, then I killed him (still in the Cobra) twice with the TOW and then once in move with the M95. In the next round I was gunner in our attackchopper and he got owned again :)

The aim with the m95 is not very good...when a choppe ris just sitting on ground about to take off and I point to pilot's head it never gets him....only like 1 out of 10 shots will hit the pilot but by that time they usually have already found u
