They should fence the helipads and airfields and put a queue line there so all the kids can have a turn!

That'd work. Better yet, put a ticket dispenser by the aircraft like you get at a busy delicatessen counter. When the jet appears, next ticket "ping", gate unlocks, and there's your jet. The rest of the people in line can applaud/jeer your take-off skills as you afterburn their eyebrows in to the backs of their skulls.

What I meant was that I am patiently awaiting a jet to spawn and some guy repeatedly just sneaks in and takes it, knowing full well I am waiting. Do it more than once (if it is hard times getting a jet) I will kill him. Respect others and I won't kick you ass =0
