Not only are they sad enouth to TK they are sad enouth to admit it publicly in a post.
As to the earlier comment about its only a game etc i say yes it is only a game and games are meant to be fun. Its hardly fun if you have idiots teamkilling just for a chopper ffs.
Its much more fun to all put the same amount of effort into enjoying the gaming experience rather than be selfish and on ly consider your own.

no i wouldnt kill a team mate for a ride,i have a hard enough time just trying to kill the enemy.but for the most part ive found folks to be pretty fair about it.even when im running toward a helo for a ride and 10ft from it it takes off i just wave it good bye and in about 1-2 min its back i get first pick.

I have a few times since I've starting playing BF1942 up to now, its usually when I had a bad day and just want to get in my vehicle of choice. Other than that I NEVER TK for vehicles.

Maybe it's time for a new player type - Driver/Pilot?

Give them just a very pistol and a knife and make them the only ones who can drive/pilot vehicles.

Never - I have teamdamag'ed when some moron was blatantly ignorant and just drove off, leaving several of us standing all alone.

I gladly weaken the ignorant's vehicle when one does that, leave 2 or more team mates behind. First and foremost BF2 is a teamwork game, if you don't want to work with anyone, go back to Doom, Carmageddon, etc. I won't weaken his vehicle if he just beat me to it, but if he takes off and leaves 3 of us there as we're requesting a ride, then he doesn't deserve to get far, does he? When someone asks for a ride, I look at my minimap, if they're near, I back up, stop, whatever.

But as for TK'ing when they run to take "my vehicle", no, never. Sometimes tempted , but no one owns team assets, so...
