Too much of a good thing is never a good thing.

Play too much BF2, it becomes boring real quick. Same with every other game. Would be nice if CTF came back...

i dont know about you guys, but im getting really tired of this game and the community. I mean, is it just me, or are you guys just having bad game after bad game.... Up until recently, I would play for a few hours a day, trying to shoot for around 1000 points a day, but recently things have been slowing down and it almost feels like a chore to keep playing... I mean im so tired of so many things in this game, its not even funny. For example, people TK'ing you cause you took 'their' vehicle, noob pilots who cant fly the BH but keep getting in the pilot seat over and over, people that dont work as a team, the list keeps going and going. I mean, I love to get points as much as the next guy, but people are cutting each others throats and hurting the team to make points. For instance, when I spawn into a BH, I always play as engineer, but 4 other people spawn as support cause they can get easy resupply points, and essentially are totally useless to keeping the BH flying....And in terms of the community, im sick to death of hearing the whining about 'stat padding' and what not, i mean, this is one of the coldest, disloyal communities for a game i have ever seen, with all of the tattling going on, i mean, you really dont want to make friends with anyone. In short, I'm just curious to see if other people are feeling the same way as me right now, I really hope I get back into the game for all the time I've invested so far, but I really dont know if I can play this game much longer....tbh if it wasnt for the stat system, i probably would have gotten bored with this game long ago. Its pretty upsetting, cause the last game i was addicted to, UT2K4, i played for almost a year before getting tired of it (and i only played Onslaught)

Go play competative. I started doing that well before I played much online and I love the competative scene. Sure some hella bad aspects of the game are beyond hell shown (GEE, bunny hopping, gren launcher whoring, etc etc), but heck, the overall aspect of 2 clans fighting each other than just random pubs make the game feel better imho.

Good going on responding to his post moron. As I had previously said before in this thread, people who are asses in the game are just as much as an ass here on the forums and vice versa. Thank you for proving my point, fool.

But you know, that is not really even the point. The point was that he was making an observation, a personal opinion, and you felt the need to jump in with your comments that:

a. really didn't help him
b. had nothing to do with his initial post at all.

That being said, you are just another wasted, anonymous n00b that enjoys creating drama for the sake of it. Don't let me catch you in any server I play in. I'll be sure to make life hell for you.

Yeah, I'm not tired either... Sure sick of the constant punishing going on - ease up people - be nice for a change, and everybody calling people 'n00bs' etc... that word is overused!

I have bad games where I get my a$s handed to me on a plate, but then I have great games... it's all about teamwork and communication. Once everyone works that out you won't get so bored so easily.

but wait until i get to 200+ hrs then i might have a different story to tell...

People who couldn't play bf42 that well are doing good in this game. Further proof less skill needed, noobish tactics win over skill at the moment in this game. Maybe the new patch will improve this................................

Game is too new to be already "put on the shelf" (It's barely September)...I guess it just depends on who you are and what you play for (or even if you have ADD too...)

I am not bored with it, I think it is a fantastic game, I try to play as often as I can. Great graphics, great gameplay, ranks are cool to attaine but you have to play ALOT to go up. I'm just trying to get my kills higher than my deaths (workin' on it) and to have fun.

I predict I'll be playing this well into 2007. WHAT! :)

More maps would be nice..only thing that bugs me is folks always trying to vote down Kubra Dam for Strike at Karkand! (for the umpteenth time)

I agree with a lot of the comments on here, some good points are made. For the 'lone wolves' out there, you don't need to necessarily join a clan, but get together with people who feel the same as you, get a vetrilo server running and meet up for a few nights a week.

We are lucky enough to have a 32 slot server, always full and you will always see a lot of clan tags on there. 5 of us (xO^) were on the other night, and there were five guys from clan GF. Holy hell, some of the best wars we ever played, even with the rest being pubbers. We whupped 'em by the way

What I'm trying to say is actively seek out like minded people and get an unofficial clan together. You don't need tags but playing with people who are on the same wavelength really breathes new life into a tired genre.
