For me, not knowing about the fire-rate toggle on most of the guns between their 2 modes. Usually single + burst or single + full auto. I had nooo idea. Talk about revelation.

After that, the holding down shift while on a ladder to slide down it. Oh and the 3rd person view you can do on ladders too.

Having played BF1942 and DC I was fairly familiar with other 'BF' quirks.

I still don't know how to

a) as squad leader call out "we need new orders here"
b) as commander say "you're the finest squad I've ever had"

basically all the other communication options that aren't on the radial wheel. Knew all the others though, that's what trial and error with the SP mode is for.

And ffs the guy saying the M16 is the best sniper rifle is referring to the fact that the "proper" sniper rifles are so pi$$ poor in terms of strength and accuracy that you are better off using the M16. Jokes aren't funny when you have to explain them *sigh* :)

a) Its T on default keys (I think, I have changed my keys around so much it's hard to remember)- as squad member it lets you call for artillary, orders, or supplies.
b) On command screen right click on each squad and you can praise or berate.

a) Press T then select from the menu "Request Orders"
b) Right click on the squad u wish to commend in the Commander view. There u should have a list of options, from artillery, rebuke, repair. Select Commend (i think thats wht its listed as) then u will send a message to that sqd of either "you're the finest squad I've ever had" or "go squad go"

If you are in a bomber and you want to drop all 5 bombs, so you click and hold the left mouse button, and lets say you just drop 1, and if you do it again you drop the rest. Thats because on your resupply run you did earlier, you had refilled on 4 bombs and dropped them, then if you refill all 5 you will drop first 1 and then 4 boms. So lets say if you refill on 3 bombs go out and drop them and then go back and refill all 5, you will even if you keep the left mosue button clicked drop 2 bombs and if you click and hold again you will drop the rest.

That made my head hurt. :hmm:

Last night, I was practicing with my clan, and I made the dude's voice (the one that announces all flag stuff) tell me to stop yaking and to clear the channel. I put my headphones up to my mic so everyone could listen and they were all like, WTF?

Yep... we were just in there messing around doing stuff like figuring out how many M203 grenades it took to destroy commander assets, analyzing the spread pattern of the support machine gun, and other zany stuff.

Yea notice alot that people don't know how to pop smoke in tanks and apc's!:laugh:
I usually fire a round pop smoke and flank em they're still sitting there wondering whats going on:laugh:

None, I knew everything from the demo because I tested EVERYTHING out. Just like everyone who wants to be good at the game should have.

i didnt know that u could actually with one of those mec and pla anti tank rockets by keeping on pressing left click because in usmc sraw u dont have to hold left click.
