 What game feature didn't you know about until ...

...until you played enough hours to feel pretty stupid about not knowing it existed. For me it was not knowing that the right mouse button fired the coaxil machine gun in tanks. A common scenario for me was to go charging into battle with only myself in a tank or my gunner having either died or bailed, seeing a bad guy running up to my tank after having fired my main gun and so quickly I had to move to the .50 cal position. Then after hopefully dispatching the bad guy, move back into the tank until it happened all over again. God, what a goat rope. Imagine my delight and embarrassment when I discovered the right mouse button fires a coaxil machine gun. What a revelation! Anyone else out there want to fess up?

            Ditto!

I actually found it out on the demo, but before I knew it, I would always see bots make their vehicles smoke, and I saw people online doing it, and I was like "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? THATS NO SMOKE GRENADE FOR SURE!" :p

This goes for BF:1942... I didn't know you could right-click with grenades and throw them at variable distances until about a year and a half after the game came out.

Can I hear a hallelujah on that one. So many hidden/unknown features.

OK, conspiracy theory. It is so that their partner, Prima, can sell more game guides. O.K. I bought it. Dang still a lot of hidden stuff I don't know about.

I never knew about the sliding down ladders thing, untill it was posted here about a month ago. I dont feel too bad because its not actually very useful most of the time, but when you get to the top of a ladder to find a claymore it saves time and a possible accident trying to jump off the ladder to parachute.

As for the 1 shot tank kill, i too would like you to prove it to me, i have tried and can easilly kill armour with 2 shots now everytime but have found it impossible to kill with 1 shot (the rumour was on the engine cover so you have to be ona building to hit it from the rear)

-(PK)-DarkIllusion, please post a screenshot to show where you mean for the one shot kill, it will help a lot of people, including me.
