It would be a sad day indeed.

But I'm willing to bet it's going to happen. I'm also willing to bet that some of these 'stat padders' we're seeing are doing so in the hopes that they will be the first to sell these types of accounts and make some 'big' bucks.

Andy Mahood (sim reviewer for PC Gamer magazine) tends to joke about Nascar games as simply 'turning left' and he's a Nascar game fan (and racing game fan in general).

The original joke was simply using Nascar as an example of poking fun at these account farmers.

You read too much into it. THEN...after you exploded with that lame remark, people started point out all the usual stereotypes and sarcasms.
