Yes people in sport use many ways to get by drug testing and win, sure they are winners. They are better because they found ways to win at any cost. And yes the people who compete with honour and good spirit are the cry baby losers. Your totally right. We have no right to post a thread about people who want to play with honour and respect to enhance the gameplay of the whole community. What were we thinking as a people to want to promote an atmosphere of fun and integrity.

As for the people who dont care about what we think then why are you posting in this thread? Why don't you go to the uber lee7 exploiters thread and bragg up on your skilz?

Actually I have used roids before, so I guess I do know what I am talking about. Anyway as to the person saying that the blackhawk whoring is not an exploit, then why did they announce in the official patch release comming up that they are changing the transport helicopters? And why are they making it so you cant shoot when you jump? maybe becuase they are exploits being overused to death and ruining the game balance. And you complain about whiners but your are whining yourself about whiners? Oh and we dont want to make BF2 sim, we just want to play with other people who have the same honour code as us. I understand you dont like honour and dont wish to use it, thats fine so leave the honour thread if it bothers you.

First off you are not trying to "enhance the gameplay" you are trying to control and restrict it. Alot of the community thinks your rules are dumb. Those that dont can make a mod.

As for posting in this thread if you disagree, keep it up, its a poll (a very biased and stupid poll) and polls have differing opinions in them. SOOOOO if you dont like people diagreeing with you dont post on a forum. Roids are cheating in sports just like hacking in the game. The things you are talking about are not cheating.

Where have you seen that they are going to "fix" "BH Whoring".

The update said something about transport helies in general but nothin spacific.

Well, no they are not exploits, but they are balance issues. That's why they're being changed. You won't have to cry anymore about them once the patch hits. But why is it ruining the game? Because people aren't playing the way you want them to? Your code of honor is just a selfish cry of sour grapes.

If you've read any of my comments (which you still haven't responded to, I'm assuming because you can't really counter the arguement), I'm not whining. I'm refuting the statements that you claim as fact (i.e.- stealing enemy vehicles, bunny hopping, etc... are noob).

I'd actually have some respect for this idea if the people advocating for it weren't completely immature about it. For example, the poll in this thread lets people choose between using the "honor code" or "be a noob". There's no honor in that! Its the same holier than thou preaching we've heard from poor sports since the release of the demo about how the game is "meant to be played".

Yeah but its fun to have post wars here while at work, its just like playing the game at home only instead of guns we use text. Its been a good battle. One question why would they change the flight physics of the transports, they fly just fine?

I think the change is so that they wont continue to fly after the pilot bails.

Some rules are enforceable (TKing, joining a squad). Others are not. For those that are not, many have posted our intentions to avoid certain actions which we feel are "cheap" or unfair.

If you're one of them, make your statment here.

Out of respect for my fellow TG-player, I

1. Will not bunny-hop.
2. Will not bunny-prone hop.
3. Will not camp spawn points.
4. Will enter UCBs only to destroy CO assets.
5. Will respect specialty squad assets.
6. Will not intentionally engage in suicide tactics, ramming or otherwise.
7. Will not punish accidental TKs.
8. Will not Instant Vertical Capture/Neutralize (IVC/N) apparently undefended flags with the H-60 Helo (Black/Sea Hawk)

NOTES:
3. Taking advantage of a spawner's disorientation.
5. This point doesn't say you'll never under any circumstances take jets when a jet squad exists. Exceptions exist. It's just saying you'll respect the intention and organization of specialty squads and the assets they are organized around.
6. Stuff happens. OUR stuff is always an accident.
8. If there's no enemy around - that's different. (Why get out?) But if the base is occupied, use the H-60 as a transport and cover-fire vehicle. Have the troops get out and take the flag.




Again, these are not rules everyone must follow - just opportunities for us to state we agree to these guidelines out of respect for our fellow gamer. You should not feel compelled to sign.

TG means Tactical Gamer, as in Tacticalgamer.com it is a clan website, they formed this stuff up....having played on their servers by their rules...it COMPLETELY changes the entire BF2 experience....its something you have to try to truly understand...you cant read about it and 'get it'
