It's only gone from 2484 to 2490, hope there's more testing to go...

O' and it's currently running a map called... Wake Island.

Now its playing Devils_perch. Team1=Insurgent Team2=SEAL

oh and version 1.0.2447-221.0

I could've told yall it was the expansion, but yeah, im like that.

1.0.2447-221.0 is the exapnsion, with the Seal & Insurgent teams, but 1.1.2490 is the patch and has so far contained two different maps. The Wake Island map I saw was China vs USA and was running the patch not the expansion.

I think "Highway Tampa" refers to the supply route in Iraq, which is constantly under attack.

It's MSR Tampa (main supply route) I should know I did 2 tours there.

It would be very nice if they would ad another map in the next patch, we actualy deserved it, we had to play the game with so many big and frustrating bugs for a few months now, so as a reward they should give us extra maps.

But, I am shure they won't be in 1.03 , if they would give us extra maps, they wouldn't do it after two months.

Another reason, they want patch 1.03 to be perfect, te clear all problems, if they add two new maps in it, there is a big chance there are going to be some bugs in it, so patch 1.03 wouldn't be what they want it to be.

Um china is already a superpower and their army is way bigger than the US's. And why would they be the US's next opponent? Because they don't have the same type of government, and you want every country to conform to the US?

I saw a new map "Highway Tampa" in test at EARS server. They are not testing the addon but the new patch. Look at the number version of the game "1.1.2490".
Do you think this map will be released with the patch ?

There's nothing wrong with that; they just didn't release it back then.

I can understand why, the map is crappy and should be redone.

i noticed on the front page here there was mention of this new map .....so i assume we are to expect it in a patch....hopefully this patch will address some of the issues that were promised to be fixed patches ago....

imagine if EA had a mapping contest where the top 10 were made official!!! that would be kinda ummmm....smart!!
