Blood/Gore patch, you know we all want one

So you think everytime you shoot someone in the game it affects them IRL?? You sir, are confused. Just because some guy shoots me in game doesnt mean i lose it. I might say something like "ahh ****, i shoulda done this" But guess what cowboy? If someone shoots me in real life, i'm gonna be astronomically more pissed than if it was a video game. Especially if they killed me. I would haunt them for eternity.

So i have to agree with a previous post on this thread.. there are alot more emotions involved in actually doing physical damage to a human, than to a pixelated "Avatar".

Case and point? Say you are walking down the street and you accidentally trip someone, someone you don't know. What do you do? You help them up and say you are sorry. You dont laugh and call them a n00b. (well most of you )

I have encountered players online so pissed online, that sometimes I wonder why they are playing. I haven't encountered anyone crying though...lmao!!

And so this continues..with wanting blood and gore. Wanting to be so realistic, that I haven't encountered the sickest people in my life in one area, that they can visualize this. I been a constable for 7 years. And when you walk up to a car accident with people crushed in them, or even yet...head capitated, or huge cuts that you can see the veins and people need stitches. Your life changes and do not want to see again, even in a game. The job made me sick (Counselling), that I had to retire onto another career. Now, the graphic and images can be just the same as real life. A lot here still has the inner child in them and your minds need adjusting. BF2 is good enough the way it is. Do not need a blood/gore patch alone. I will stand up to this, if it does get out of hand. You guys need to get out more...get some sun and also find a wife and have kids. This will help you understand in another way. Go, restore a vehicle. Want to see blood and gore in a game...go play Half Life 2. They have a lot of that, and you are shooting creatures and not humans.

By pixilated I meant they were created and contained in a computer, on a monitor, in the form of pixel. When a video game makes a blood spray it was never blood being sprayed from a human, it was never real human body parts missing. If you cannot tell the difference between those then you have no business playing these games. Arcade style does not only refer to big wooden boxes with monitors and one game that you have to pay to play, it also refers to a generalized type of game, one not bound by platform, accessories (plastic guns), etc. And those pics are very different than what I see in video games. Again, if you cannot tell a major difference between pics of ingame characters and those posted in this thread you have no business playing these games. As realistic as they look, the models in the game are very obviously fake.

Your Dahmer comments are way out of line. There is no correlations between the masses of gamers that want some blood and gore in their game and a real life sick, twisted killer. You sir, are an @sshole.

an OFFICIAL blood patch is necessary, mucho more than for example stupid requirements as fix this weapon or fix that.

When i kill ppl with my Lav-25 i want to see tonos of blood.
