I'd say the easiest way to get ultra high graphics settings is 2 sli 7800 GXT's, 4 gigs of corsair and a nice FX-57 cpu. =p

LOL.
ATI 9800XT 256. overclocked to 459 and 375 on memory.
I can play bf2 with everything on ultra high,and full across the board at 1280x1024.
AAx6.....AFx16 and get a whopping 6-12 FPs. (in single player)
Not to shabby for a card ready for the scrap yard.

Saving up for R520 when it hits the 24 pipe club:p

why do you have to go in through all those files, why isn't the option available in the video settings in the game. also, why can i only play with 4x's aa, look at my sig for system specs.

HOLY CRAP! What vid card did you do that on? And did you do that 1280x1024 hack thing?

EDIT: Nevermind, the size of the screenshots are 1024x768... I wonder if it would look even better with the higher rez? Oh and like the other guy asked, was it still smooth?

I changed my settings to Ultra high and didnt noticea slight difference from High ? Can anyone post a screenshot From HIGH to ULTRA High so I can see what the fuss is about

the funny thing is people saying o man i got 90 frames and whatever other crap the thing is your eyes only pick up 80 frames so kinda point less to get a computer thats any better then that or brag about geting 100 frames lol
