seems what happened here is the classic

some fool gets owned on his own server doesnt like it so cries about it on some forum nothing is won only the said fool looks like a bigger goon than before

What i see has happened here is this... a guy that just happens to be one of the darlings of this forum got caught using underhand tactics and the server admin that caught him made it public, thereby letting himself in for a roasting from the aforementioned darlings buddies that don't like to think of their little racist buddy as a statpadding noob.

What you then get is a heap load of flame posts that then make it possible for the forums admin to step in, close the thread and let everyone go about their business and the whole little episode is then swept under the carpet and forgot about.

It's a great thing to see, when you know what to expect.

I have not read any of the racist stuff that Ezekiel supposedly put, but I just thought it was a bit hypocritical that an RDX/bunnyhop FF-off noob accused someone else of statpadding.

These threads are simply the product of the stupid Battlefield stats system and little whiny kids.

Who was that. Went back and read the whole thread. Cannot find who you mean.

Its children that use flames to make a point. Adults and mature people are trying to discuss the gaming mechanism that is a grey area. Some people don't like underhand tactics that steal medals and raise the players points using what can only be called a flaw in the system. A glitch.. enhancing a score without realistically earning it.. stat padding. Other people say "who cares..?" some say its not a problem. ..."I do it all the time and rack up loads of points and my team love me for it because I confuse the enemy..."

This whole issue is about where is it a grey area and at what point do you say its a cheating way to get points.

If you have nothing to say that discusses these issues then flame away senselessly. We can see where your biased favour lays.

even if it was a few points it would still gip a player of a gold medal and that imo is ****ed up. im sorry but you cheated going for that medal.

tossing them at a walker or other vehicles takes some skill / courage same with infantry.

tossing them at a still big box doesn't especially when every ones fighting at the other end of the map.

and why are people bothering to *star out the thing, youtube it and you will get that bug and a tonne more glitches, there is no need

I never knew until recently that EMPs give you points for blank and EMPing infantry. Sounds like, with this statement, you are pretty much banning EMPs from being thrown in the Timeless server(s). Exception for Mechs? Just trying to clarify.

Crosland is an amazing player, without braggin me and crosland are clearly 2 of the top 10 British players on this game, skill wise.

You must have a freakin' fit when people get the best of you in game. You're certainly not short of any sort of vanity. I've never played with and likely never will considering I'm in California. But the guy who's singing his own praises is usually overrated.
