Truth is stat padding IS stat padding. People don't care about it as long as it doesn't effect them of course. But stat padding a few points just to get gold is as cheap as knife-revive just to get a badge. Owning the server? Hardly. Many people had more kills than you. Truth is on our Gibralter server its VERY difficult to get more than 20 teamwork points in an average game so when someone suddenly gets 30-40 average its obvious theres an issue.

As someone else suggested in another thread lots of the top scorers stat pad. Truth is they just don't like being caught and whine and moan theres no evidence or they were not doing anything really wrong... or just ignore the issue and hope it goes away.

As i said before pwned. (and banned).

The only thing "pwned" is my score as i have the best k/d on the screen shots, i mean these stats really look like i am padding:

Just to clarify as well, throwing an EMP at a player is not stat padding as it is a favour to the team it is helping the team win by causing a visual effect on the opponents headset, meaning easy pickings, the only stat padding is when throwing them at the other things.

O well i will continue to play as i do................... Which means i will continue to own, sometimes get bored though as game is too easy especially on Timeless noone can near me, boring

Personally I don't think there's anything wrong witht the screenies, I have good days and rack up insane scores like that sometimes. And I also don't think there's anything wrong with throwing emp nades at people, even though it's extremely annoying for the other team. It doesn't matter if it's the last few seconds or anything, he could have just threwn regular nades instead and would that have been statpadding?

So lets ask admins and fair and just players some questions then.

You find in a little corner of your server three guys doing the knife revive thing. They are all seargants say... You are approcahing them and you seee the stabber gets several knife blows in. You switch to their squad and you hear a young voice say. "Hey.. thats it bronze collectors... lets go back and play properly now." What do you do? Ban them? They are breaking EA rules and stat padding after all. All 7 points of it.

Question 2. A squad leader grabs a shepherd on a Conquest map and soon has a good squad of mechanics and medics. The no 2 gunner is red hot and the sqad leader pilot is great. He flys from flag to flag and the gunner gets loads of kills. All the time the mechanics are cranking their hoffs and throwing motion mines out the back. A few kills there as well. As the pilot gets resupply points kill assists and driver ability points he ends up with a score of 250 teamwork points no kills and 7 deaths. The next highest player is probably the gunner with say 60 points. Stat padding?

Your on your Conquest server and someone on the other side has a score of 60 teamwork points 6 kills and no deaths but you CAN see EMP grenades going off in battle. There is no one to check what is going on. One of your regulars says I won't let him get gold and disappears off and emps ********* ***** and beats the guy on the other side by one point both earning over 100 teamwork points. Whats the judgement?

There are GREY areas if you allow them to cloud your judgment. To me I see one rule for everyone and I stick to it. I never make snap judgements and I do what I am entrusted to do and thats make a fair and balanced decision based on evidence i see and collect. Why do I make threads or posts like this on TBF? Because I would rather the empers or glitchers take note there is no eliment of grey on Timeless servers. I would rather make one post here as a "preventer" than 20 posts on our forum with evidence to show people being banned.

Admins and server owners are opening a can of worms if they start saying. "I see nothing wrong in what Ezekial was doing".. Hey emp padders..... flock to their servers. They won't ban you apparently.

Since I caught Inf UK Ezekial stat padding on a Timeles server his name no longer comes up in the leaderboard search or on 2142-stats website.

LOL.

Ask Inf-uks clan leader crosland about how he got his highest score and you'll probably get the same denials and excuses that our friend Ezekiel blurts out.

But there are a few of us that know the truth about the U.K's number 3 Battlefielder.

Would love to hear him explain his score away.

That is teamwork.

There is a gunner wiping the enemy so the enemy cannot ignore them and will kill them sooner or later.

If they were capping flags and racking points without fighting then they are achieving points in an artificial way.


About emps nades, as long as they (the supposed padders) are exposed to enemy fire, is not padding. If he is doing that in an isolated area away of the heat of the battle, then he is helping someone to pad.

Doing that in a titan corridor 1-2 when the shields are down is hard to prove as padding but if they are doing at consoles 3-4 while consoles 1-2 are "live" then they are padding.

Yup No1 and 2 are the bans. Reason I add so few people to my buddy list is that I would prefer to stay aloof in case I have to kick or ban someone i play with occasionaly.

No 2 is fair play. Ive been an engineer on the back of a shepherd many a game.

The reason I chose no 1 is that other admins suggest stat padding is only an issue at 200 points. Its not. Let the little guys stat padding a few points away with it even for just seven and they will be back for more and more points later on.

NO GREY AREA. Stat padding just a single measly point is still padding. Owning a server because your padding is just ego and self denial.

I think if there is an open accusation, in 2 threads, that have gone on for a few pages, we/I at least deserve to know HOW its statpadding. How does it work? It wont do any harm, just tell us or stop accusing people of it.

I am not asking for a demonstration on Youtube about the exact points of it, just want to know how it works.
