That looks awesome, the Jet sequences was pure Topgun. But I wonder if the actual gameplay will be as good.
Also, I saw two interesting things:

A remote controlled robot?


Thermal Vison for the Gunship. That is going to be nasty.


Also notice the text "Defend Order Followed". I hope that means we will be seeing a return of the BF2142 squad commands.

That video was based on the alpha build and not the pre-alpha build. If there is any difference.

let me pick my jaw up off the floor 1st.......AMAZING!! I wasn't sure how they were going to do it but the jet speeds seemed balanced, good medium for dog-fighting, not powning everyone and not getting shot down left and right but if that's the speed of the fighter jets the ground attack jets will be CRAWLING

just noticed after watching a few times near the end we get to see the pilot use free look and sure does look like he's still controlling the aircraft while using the free look..............track IR support?

I think jets are gonna be weird without all the fog that was in BF2. AA will be able to see them much further away.
Also they do seem a bit slow now that y'all mention it

It's beautiful indeed, and the jets are flying at normal thrust, they're not using turbo thrust which I believe is "LShift" if I'm not mistaken.

The Jets fly just as quick and high as BF2. The trailer is for......trailer purposes.
