I read now several times references to vehicles being disabled and now demize99 mentions wings being blown off, sounds interesting.

Someone posted this on Hardforum, thought it was pretty funny.

EDIT: I hate the new attachment system, went to edit and got a double post and animated gif not working.

You tried to upload a 7MB animated GIF. Of course it's not going to work. We do have limits in place here and when you try to upload something beyond those limits it doesn't let you.

Why? They said way back in March, no six man squad.

They also said no commander. So be ready for that.

You can set up platoons though. Some people are speculating that this is in the trailer, as you can clearly see in some areas that there are more than 4 green name tags (like when all the vehicles are rolling down the hill).

Jets flying at half the speed they did in BF2. Mouselook still not independant from controls.

I heard that DICE has confirmed the jets are the same speed as they were in BF2, but the maps are bigger so it takes longer. It's also possible the jets weren't traveling at full speed and unlike in BF2, there's a 0-thrust, slow, medium, fast, and afterburner, as opposed to no thrust/thrust/afterburner.

Jet speed looks fine to me, when your near the ground it goes pst fast but when you are high up it seems slower..whats the prob ?its how it should be

That was incredibly impressive! wow, the scale of the action is awesome!

However I'm kind of not happy about the variety of jets... Su-34 as a fighter jet? In BF2 that was one of the slowest, least agile jets available. Why not use a Mig-29? F-18 is great but where is the F-22? F-35?

Also only two choppers... Cobra? Where is it?

Maybe I'm mistaken here but in BF2 there was more variety of military machines. There are no bombers in BF3 either.
