It's a pretty good game for a free one.

I dislike the visuals though, it's hard too see people far away, they shouldn't be as tiny as they are.

"It's Beta" doesn't excuse the horrible movement and lag issues I've seen. That's Alpha stuff. By the time it's ready for Beta, a game should be pretty much done with MINOR kinks to be worked out.

One some of the servers, I've had some movement issues. But on others, it's smooth. Weird, but hey if I get to play BF2 maps again, I'm willing to wait for these things to get ironed out.

Well BF2 was 4.99 on steam. That makes this game pretty much pointless.

Pretty fun tbh ... hitreg has been fine for me, playing karkand again brings back great bf2 memories ... it's beta people, it's gonna have issues ... oh and it doesn't cost you anything ...

in b4 rant, if bf3 doesn't have more than bf2 in terms what you can do, l will have lost all faith in DICE, and I hope that some day I can become a lead games designer and make a PROPER new bf2.

Based on what I've seen you post on the forums, you've already got one preorder locked up right here. :thumbsup:

If they REALLY needed to make a "new" game, they could have made BF2, with all maps, free to play with the unlocks like Heroes where you could use Battlefunds or in-game currency.

The lack of prone, laggy movement, poor hitreg (worse than BF2), and added BFBC2 gadgets just turns it into some strange hideous bastardization.

its that they are bad optimized, i can run crysis on high with better fps and a mutch better looking game than i can run bfbc2 on low with 10 fps

Well that's not graphics, that's optimization. I don't know my current PC's performance in Crysis, but I get 70 FPS consistently with high settings and AA x4 in BC2.

Yea it has to be drivers or something, my system is consistently worse than yours. I get at least a constant 30 FPS and above when not in much action.

see? i dont understand, i already sent a complaint to EA and all they said was to go on to the game shortcut -properties and set compatibility as windows xp.

it did nothing , and i still have ****ty fps with ****ty graphics in that game. i also keep all my drivers updated contantly, and defrag and clear the registry and scan for viruses every month, sometimes twice.
