bf1942 did have it perfect, played that game straight for like 2 years.

that had the best arty system. Spotter and ranging required.

I have to admit, i never really did that.. i was too busy in the tanks blowing up clusters of enemys a mile into the air

Even thought I had 1942 I never really played it. Back then I had just gotten my first computer and most of my friends were playing MOH:AA. So most of my time was spent playing that and BHD. I also played some BF:V.
