Yeah, when I see stuff like that, it makes me wonder how well the game will really be if they are willing to criple online play for those that dont pay the extortion money.

Giving people an advantage online against other real people because they can spend more is un-gamerlike. Don't get me wrong S2TW looks epic, and the game looks to be coming along very well but to think ill be playing online and winning when all of a sudden my 4 units of 500+ men flee because the enemy general pulled out the horn that most likely plays Justin Biber music to frighten nearby enemies...i'd run to.

A demo next week!!!! YES! It says it will let you demo the campaign map and battle so im looking forward to seeing how my rig runs it and playing it 10000000000000 times:thumbsup: call it luck but i get my new graphics card early next tues/wed.

I'm going to guess 1.5 GB for the demo

Intend to play as a clan with good melee, or one thats at the north or south of the map (protect my back lol) although with the terrain of Japan I think there would be opportunity for that inland anyway

then make lots of people my bitches, although I was always one for diplomacy as well

they have done it right, read a good preview the other day that described the campaign AI as "fiendish"

there it is, its an early preview build I believe, but still the campaign AI should be murderous hehe, the sea won't totally protect me, but will give me some space to breathe haha, besides I love naval battles

Yeah, I always chose the clans by the seas as well. In Shogun 1 I played the clan that was landlocked AND divided, I didnt think I was going to pull that off.
