And what if I was gaming on Hardcore Mode servers, what then could be the reason why some sniper sitting in a bush on the very other edge of the map could sniff me out every single time etc etc etc? The fact it is that it is very well known that there are shedlaods of cheaters in this game due the hacks being very easy to get hold off and the fact that EA have allowed Non PB servers to be ranked servers, in addition to PB not really working that well with this game.

He could have friends on vent pointing out positions. He could have had a lucky moment. Or he could have been just good. Who knows :wee:

People call hacks way too easily. The only time I've ever even considered someone being a hacker is one guy that couldn't stop getting headshots with the burst pistol, and I mean headshots from every bullet in a burst. It was pretty silly but he sucked pretty badly otherwise and I could go on playing as usual. No biggie.

Just had my first run in with a cheater. He killed me a few times and i was like..thats....intresting. Then he did it a few more times. Then he killed me from ALONG ways away and i watched him dropping people in one hit with m60. His name was EFAC something.

Lame *** cheaters, i really wish they would play hardball with these guys.

As in once you are caught, you can no longer play AT ALL!! No more buying a new copy of the game, no more cd key changers, you are removed completely for being a lame ***! Hardware ID ban forever and IP ban, whatever. This system of catching a cheat, they change one thing and go right back to cheating does not work.

Yes but then the publisher doesnt make any money when they buy the game again

I'd say CD-Key ban for hackers and cheaters. Then, let them spend another 50 dollars for a new game. Up to them to **** it up again.

Oh yea i know but think of how many customers they lose cause they wont get the damn cheaters out of the game. Im talking about getting the websites taken down, go after the bastards. Quit playing defensely and go offense, cant win on defense.

Not only do they ban the cd-key they ban the whole Ea account so all the games on it are gone

I cant find the source but i remember about a year ago when one of the hack selling sites was brought down and it was found to be funded by a member of the PB anti cheat team. Another one of my many issues with PB.

that rumor was started by a disgruntle player..

NO ONE at PBBans would do something that would risk our relationship with EvenBalance..

total internet rumor.

As for taking down sites i know Combat Arms battled with some and had some short lived success in shutting them down.

It wasnt a rumor at the time as a member of PB bans staff got axed and a lot of member here on this forum were pretty pissed.

Im 100% positive this wasnt a rumor as people were sacked because of it and either IGN or PCGamer made an article and commented about it. I wont go into discussion about it now as i have a bias opinion towards PB anyway considering i cant play 5 of the games that run with them due to my "hacking" adventures.
