I think here you get a 14 day cooling off period whereby you can return an item for a full refund (so long as you haven't caused any unfixable damage).

Depends on if its still sealed also, for example from GAMEs TOS;

d If you decide you do not require the goods, you may return them to us within 28 days from the despatch date provided they are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Software must remain sealed, and hardware must contain all component parts. If any goods are returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with our costs of processing the sale.

Walmart seems to have a similar return policy.

Ther isnt much to choose from if BC2 would come out at the same time i would go for BC2 but at this stage ther arent eny games. So i m buying it even if its going to sux

I played 1 and it was awesome and the devs said they changed it up so it was not so repetitive. I think 2 is going to be a lot of fun.

And even though more people are dumping the game after last night, I do still plan to get it to try it out and report back.

Since WalMart won't let me cancel my preorder, I'm thinking about holding on to the game until maybe a week or two into January to see if dedicated server support is added officially (unlikely unless there is a serious problem with IWnet) or unofficially through a mod. Otherwise I will just return the game at my nearest WalMart store.

You might re sell it for $50 + $15 shipping on E bay.

things are looking bad after last night's best buy chat, but lets hang in there and see if our tolerance pays off.

im still getting it. I dont want to be ******* but half the people who say there not going to get it ........ or going to get it lol. it was just like that during COD2 when we didnt have Punkbuster support when the game went live at first. So im hoping some things will change and on top of that... all those IW Reps last night where being sarcaistic and being **** tard when awnering questions . i mean come on alot of those questions that they answer werent even direct answer... like the console in game question

Im waiting for a bit, while you guys are risking sinking $60, me and my brother and I are risking $100, money that could go to a new videocard.
