It's not half assed... looks fully ported to me. In fact, the amazing thing is, it has all the same features as the console... I know, i told you it was amazing.
Oh yes, and watching streams, videos...etc is just like playing the game, yes totally agree there you get the full sense of what its like to actually play it. Sometimes I watch the videos and its like having the mouse and keyboard in front of me. Nuts.

Yeah this video is not descriptive at all of the PC multiplayer experience. Keep putting your head in the sand and ignoring the evidence. I totally need to fork over $60 to see firsthand how horrid it is for hosts to drop and to expect a ping in excess of 100ms. You're absolutely right!

Everyone else can see this for what it is - an atrocious, worthless multiplayer gaming experience for PC gamers.

Are you saying you're just another person who's complaining and still hasn't played it yet or am I reading it wrong? I've watched live streams before the game came out here and I thought MP looked great still. And after 2 days of playing it, MP is STILL great.

I'm saying I'm smart enough to not give them $60 to try their clearly inferior game out (you honestly don't need to play this game to see how terribad it is), but I'm not saying I haven't tried it. I'm afraid I can't say anything more than that without risking running afoul of the rules here.

If you have a great MP experience then you're getting lucky and you're the host, simple as that. The reviews are crystal clear on the multiplayer - if you host it's good (for you because of your 0ms ping advantage), other than that it's a crap shoot.

Keep trying to validate and justify your purchase by tricking more people into buying it though. :shakehead:

I can tell you that I have not hosted nor been the host on my online games and I have had no issues but once.

Take what I say as you will, but I speak 100% of the truth based on my own experience.

If people buy the game based on others, they still have to reason things out for themselves and make that decision. Show me one game that did not have issues on release day or that all did not have to tweak or update something to make it work correctly and I will show you a game that did not exist.

If you have a great MP experience then you're getting lucky and you're the host, simple as that.

That kind of statements makes you look stupid. I just takes one person to have a great, non-host MP experience to prove you wrong.

Cut down on the hyperbole please? I you don't like the game then don't buy/pirate it.
Most here agree that dedicated servers would have been better, but that doesn't mean that the game must be a failure.

If this game turns out to be a disappointment then it wont be the first time I get limited playtime on a new game. I wont cry myself to sleep because of that.
