I've given up hope that any of these issues will ever be fixed.

i thought so too, but i think they're planning to release the game on steam. that means they need to make it at least acceptable, meaning they should at least fix the server crashing and some of the hacking problems.

i mean would they in their right mind put this game on steam with so many obvious problems? i think not.

i look at what they did with BF2 before they put it on steam. they tried to solve a lot of the community's complaints and major issues before that. i have the same hope for 2142.

we do have widescreen support... but you have to use +widescreen 1 to make the widescreen res to show up in options i think.

i dont know how this is a problem? the code is exactly the same as they use the same projectile.

like i said, it's because talon has a hard to reach heatsource from what i remember what dice was saying.

I would like them to fix the intermittent bug introduced in 1.50 where the commander screen doesn't update oribital strike and emp strike at the beggining of the game.

I'd be thankful for anything at this point. More maps/custom maps could keep this game going for a while. I really like this game, and I'm not ready to stop playing yet.

They could also make the Lambert Carbine a little more potent, it's too weak in my opinion.

that's not considered "broken" so let's just limit the discussion to "broken" things because there are dozens of issues more in need of fixing. and lambert is fine. recon class doesn't need a powerful assault rifle.

as long as it is better then a engineer smg, leave it how it is.
