Re-installed over the weeked for a few games. The sitrep is even worse, so many Suez n Gib servers!!! And the hackers don't even bother pretending anymore. I saw loads of people with Hax in their name and another obvious aimbotter flashed up an advert for his hack and the end of the round WTF He was called xxx TRIPPLEX xxx or something.

It's a sorry state to see the beautiful game in this condition. :cry:

feels great, 70 people in the last year(-5 days) have bothered to vote, about one vote in every 5 days. or if moose spammed votes, many in a short time span and one in 360 days.

I have it myself, but don't mind others getting a freebie. It would be nice to play it more than I have been able to in the past.

Will it be a full package to patch up from 1.0 or an incremental. Will we still need to 1.0 - 1.4 - NS - 1.4 - 1.5 - 1.51?

i'm sure it will follow suit w/ the previous patches. there should be 2 released, a full patch and an incremental 1.5 to 1.51.

Usually .01 changes would be only incremental, but considering the content and time between patches, It'd be reasonable for them to release both.

i'm sure it will follow suit w/ the previous patches. there should be 2 released, a full patch and an incremental 1.5 to 1.51.

I have never uninstalled the game. I just didn't go play online for almost two years. Maybe I should start play BF2 more seriously.

The end is nigh. All the NS servers I used to play on (all two of them) are now dead and have been for over a month now. So the choice of map is now restricted to Suez Canal and Camp Gibraltar; for the most part that is :shakehead:

announcement was dec. 08. it's been well over a year.
