Its pretty obvious which is and isnt... just click the little "i" in the server list and see what it looks like in there

I do not tend to do that when looking for a server, I just look for a map, but by stats padding, I mean the ones that allow you, par example, to get one kill in aircraft and spend 1 minute in it to suddenly get the aircraft ribbon, not the "uber points one"

Hmmm I am not really sure about these stat paddings servers, I only know about the one with the super points
