i fixed mine as well 3% im guessing only another 8 hours

i give up, steam crashed and put the download back to 0%, i suppose ill just have to wait for the game to be delivered when its released

Demo is awesome! Won the sea battle first time, but then lost it on the second lol

and the land battle was class, enjoyed it immensely

If your having problems with slow downloads change your steam location

File > Settings > Downloads - i changed from UK + ireland to toronto went from 40kbs to 275kbs

The AI is way too easy to beat for me, but i play total war online with my clan too much :)

Sweet, a Total War topic!

The demo for ETW was good fun, though I didn't enjoy the load times.

Looking forward to playing the full version soon.

My favorite in the series so far is Medieval 2. =D

load times can be improved in the demo by unpacking the game

a lot of it is likely down to compression
