Yeah, seems to be real laggy for me now and I am getting a lot more crashes. The battles still run fine, but campaign movement is rough.

Not as much lag for me, but I have crashed when I was just randomly doing stuff on the campaign map several times.

new patch fixed my sound issues, also improves the campaign AI a lot and makes naval invasions possible

once I am done with this vanilla campaign on the patch I shall try out the next wave of Darth and Imperial Splendour, hopefully in time the modders are given the ability to directly affect the battle AI etc

Yeah, now whenever I touch certain ships to move them, it white screens. I read a fix that if you add another ship into the one you cant move, you can then move it all around again and it wont white screen. I will have to give that a try.

I have had so many 20 vs 20 ship battles, especially against pirates

is awesome!

wondered why I was only making 800 per turn at around 1740, found a dam 20 ship pirate fleet off the straits of madagascar that was blockading a trade route

got them off it in an epic battle and my trade route revenue went from 16k back up to 32k lol

Lol, went from making around 40k per-turn to -8.... 4 turns after the patch, I have no money, Spain and Hanover declared war on me

I find I go bankrupt much easier now, its very hard to fund multiple wars. Think at this point its better not to have allies so you don't get dragged into unnecessary wars. I was at war with the German states and I had gone bankrupt twice with both France and Spain declaring war on me, but the diplomacy is so easy in the game now I managed to broker a peace treaty and get money out of it!

That happened to me. I conquered all of europe and was starting a two front war with Inda and the Americas. The patch got installed and next thing I know I am bankrupt and cutting my army down dramatically trying to keep Europe in one piece.

I managed to recover and repair my forces and go at it again, but now I dont get near the money and my ships white screen when I click on them

I been playing a lot of ETW MP (I been playing TW MP for 5 years now, (now making the switch to BF series ) and it's pretty good, you guys should try it. AI is good in Singleplayer, but I been going close to bankrupt an few times already .

Haha, I just got myself excommunicated and took over Europe as France (including the Vatican) and they had the cheek to ask for a piece of my land.... Med2 was awesome <3 I am addicted to Empire now.
